Meriden Branch Report January 2016

Well there isn’t much happening at the moment folks, bike wise that is. We are still pretty busy in other areas with the recent Curry Nights...2 this year, the occasional Toby Carvery Breakfast and a coach trip to Shepton Mallet Classic Bike Show. Thanks to everyone for your suggestions and support for these, and other events planned for later in the year.

We have finished our Schedule of events for 2016, so here is a taster of what is to come;

March 20th –Mike Hailwood Memorial Run – meet 10.30am at Meriden Clubhouse

March 27th – Easter Egg Run - in support of Acorns Children’s Hospice. Martin Wake is organising this,  further details to follow

April 10th – Branch Auto Jumble – Meriden Clubhouse, top car park from 1pm, come along and bring your spare bits and pieces and see what others have brought along too. We ask for a small donation to charity from sellers. Snacks and refreshments available.

June 26th - Meriden Megaride- Details in Nacelle nearer the time

August  5-7th –  our own ‘Bring it Home Rally’

I have totalled up all the money we raised during 2015 for the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance and it is an AMAZING £780.

Thank You and Well Done to everyone who has donated and helped out to make this possible.

Now don’t forget the Branch AGM is approaching fast, it would be great to have a good turnout this year, let us have your ideas and comments.
