Meriden Branch Report October 2024

If you read this in Nacelle then the N.E.C. Classic Vehicle Show will be history! But online you may have time to enter your Triumph and get free entry passes. Our only other event is our Xmas meal. This year we are having festive fayre in the function room at the Heart of England Social Club with a disco. Free to members! Get your name down and be there! – partners welcome at £5. Even if you have never attended a meeting you will be made welcome, just introduce yourself.

We meet every Monday evening at H. of E. from around 7.30. We usually get around 2 dozen members/guests every week. Please come along for a chat and a drink. (tea/coffee available as well as the usual cold drinks from the bar.)

Because of retirements and other factors we have vacancies on our committee for various roles...including chair person. Please consider helping to keep our branch of the club running. Please ask one of us what may be involved. We especially need someone with some knowledge of I.T. to take over the role of webmaster (i’m told that it is not that difficult). You don’t need to be a long time member, just willing to help the branch.
